He has presided over the completion of the National Twelfth Five-Year Plan for Science and Technology Support, the National Twelfth Five-Year Plan for Key Research and Development, the National Natural Science Foundation, the Science and Technology Commissioner of the Ministry of Science and Technology, and the Beijing Collaborative Innovation Project.He has conducted in-depth research in medical polymer materials processing, biofunctional material preparation, bio-based antibacterial agent synthesis, and medical device standard construction, developed the multi-level structure construction technology of biocomposites, and established the whole chain research and development mode of basic research - clinical trials - registration certificate - promotion and application. He serves as the director of the National Medical Catheter Polymer Materials Engineering Laboratory for Petroleum and Chemical Industry, the director of the Henan Provincial Key Laboratory of Medical Polymer Materials Technology and Application, the secretary general of the China Medical - Consumables Integration Alliance, the vice chairman of the Intellectual Property and Standards Working Committee of the Chinese Society of Biomedical Engineering, the expert group member of the National Medical Additive Manufacturing Technology Medical Device Standardization Technology Referral Unit, and the member of the National Plastics Products Standardization Technical Committee.
